Zebra Tractors existed for only a short time in the USA, and was a distributor of tractors imported from India and Czechoslovakia. Zebra was a division of American Jawa, the USA distributor of Zetor. They created the division to provide a lower-cost, and low horsepower alternative to the Zetor tractors. The tractors were only marketed for a few years, around 1992-1995.

Most of the tractors were built in India by HMT, which manufactured under license from Zetor. One model came from Czechoslovakia from Wikov.
