Wuling Group, formerly known as Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory, was established in 1958 in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China. It changed its name to Liuzhou Tractor Factory, the Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., and Wuling Automobile Enterprise Group Company. Products previously were mainly marine diesel engines and tractors. In 1982, they began producing mini-vans. Liuzhou Wuling Automobile was established in 1996.
