VenIran Tractor C.A. is a tractor manufacturer/assembler based in Bolivar, Venezuela. The company is a joint venture between Iran's ITMCo and Venezuela's Corporation Venezuala de Guayana (CVG). It was established in 2005 to begin importing and assembling tractors from ITMCO and O.T.M.Co, also from Iran. The tractors from ITMCO are based on Massey Ferguson and used a Perkins-licensed engine from Motorsazan, while the ones from O.T.M.Co are licensed from Goldoni. VenIran also builds/assembles agricultural equipment to use with their tractors.
