The International 274 Offset was a diesel-powered replacement for the long-running International 140. It was built in Japan by Kimco (Komatsu International Machinery Co.), a joint venture of Komatsu and International Harvester. It was based on the International 284 utility tractor and powered by a Nissan diesel engine.
