The Edrob/International 2444 was built by International Harvester from 1967 to 1971, with partial manufacture in Doncaster, England and final assembly in Louisville, Kentucky.

The International 2444 was a heavy-duty industrial variation of the 444 utility tractor with some of the standard equipment made optional.
