The Upton HT 14/350 tractor was built in Australia by Upton. It features a 350 hp (260 kW) Cummins engine. It is considered the best 2-wheel drive tractor ever built. Only one was ever made, back in 1978, just before Upton tractor production ended.

For brand history, see Upton. Very few tractors could be imported to Australia in the 1960s and '70s due to tariffs, but once these were gone the big manufacturers started importing tractors from other countries. This made is hard for the small company to continue production, especially as Upton only made tractors once ordered, thus, the last tractor to leave the factory was the HT 14/350.
