UAZ, (Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd) is a tractor manufacturer based in Kiev, Ukraine which began in 2002, under license from MTZ of Russia, as a part of UAZ. They began building MTZ clones, first with CKD (complete knock-down) kits, and later added more local manufacturing. In 2008, UAZ began importing rebadged tractors from China built by Foton. Landini tractors were added in 2010, and later Changfa tractors from China were imported and rebadged.
