TajIran Tractor Manufacturing Company is a tractor manufacturer/assembler located in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Founded in 2006, it is a joint venture between Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company (ITMCO) (51%) and HOMA Company (49%). The two companies originally signed agreements to begin manufacturing back in 2004.[1] TajIran assembles, and possibly builds, licensed Massey Ferguson tractors under the TajIran name, which are from ITMCO's Iranian plant and sent as Complete Knocked-Down Assemblies (CKD).
