The Sterling L-Line was a Class 5-8 truck built by Sterling Trucks, and was based on a design originally introduced by Ford Trucks (US). Sterling was the former medium and heavy-truck division of Ford which they spun off, and was later acquired by Daimler AG. It is similar to the Western Star 4900 SA, Freightliner Coronado and Freightliner M2 112. [1]
