A Slasher is a implement used similar to a mower, except instead of cutting grass to make hay, it's used to make mulch. They are also known as Toppers since they only cut the top of grass. There are multiple ways used to attach them. Some are directly connected to the 3-point linkage. Others are connected with the drawbar. Some have a single wheel, others have none, and some have to be unfolded with hydraulics.
