Jiangsu SIDA Power Machinery Corp, or SIDA, is an engine manufacturer located in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. The company was founded in 1943 as a part of FAW Jiefang Automotive Co., Ltd. Wuxi Diesel Engine Works. In 2003 it was reorganized as Jiangsu SIDA Power Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
It builds engines ranging from 20 HP to 160 HP for light duty trucks, pickups, low-speed vehicles, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, generator sets and water pumps.[1]
