The Mogul 30-60 was built by International Harvester from 1913 to 1917 in the company's Chicago, Illinois, Chicago, Illinois Tractor Works. It had a 60 hp (45 kW) IH engine.

In late-1912 (for 1913) the Mogul 45-hp was upgraded with a larger engine, a new type of governor, and an induced-draft cooling tower to replace the square fan-cooled radiator. The name was changed to Mogul 30-60.
