The Mogul 10-20 (15-30) were built by International Harvester from 1912 to 1915 in the company's Chicago, Illinois, USA Tractor Works.

The Mogul 10-20 and 15-30 were identical in appearance and an early sales brochure used the same picture for both. Only 85 copies of the 10-20 were produced in 1912-1913 before it was essentially replaced by the 15-30. The total production for the 15-30 from 1913-1915 was 527 tractors.
