The McCormick-Deering T-40 was a gasoline engined crawler tractor built by the International Harvester company from 1937 to 1939 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

The McCormick-Deering T-40 was an update of the TA-40, with more power from a larger 298 ci 6-cylinder engine running at a higher 1750 rpm. It competed with the Allis-Chalmers K, Caterpillar Forty, and Cletrac CG.
