Komatsu Cummins Engine Corporation (KCEC) and Cummins Komatsu Engine Corporation (CKEC) are engine manufactures established in 1993 as joint ventures between Komatsu of Japan and Cummins of the USA. KCEC is based in Tokyo, Japan and manufactures Cummins engines. CKEC is based in Seymour, Indiana, USA and manufactures Komatsu engines.[1][2]
Another joint venture was set up in Chile as Komatsu Cummins Chile Ltda in 1999.
