KIMCO, Komatsu-International Mfg. Co. Ltd., was a joint venture in Japan between Komatsu of Japan and International Harvester (IH) of the USA. They manufactured compact tractors for IH and later Case IH in the 1980s. It was founded in Dec. 1964 when the agreement was signed, and established in Mooka, Tokyo, Japan. It was to also manufacture/distribute Hough (PayLoader) equipment under the KIMCO-Hough/KIMCO International brands. It was dis-established in Jan. 1984 as IH was purchased by Tenneco.

Komatsu and Hough/PayLoader were later rejoined in 1988 when Komatsu purchased Dresser Industries, which had purchased the IH Construction Machinery Division ni 1982.
