Invictas Group is a successor to the failed Wordsworth Holdings Group and consists of several of the former subsidiaries of Wordsworth Holdings.[1] The Group was founded in March 2010 and is based on the same site in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The companies logo is based on the former Aveling-Barford 'Invicta' prancing horse symbol that goes back to the predecessor Aveling & Porter companies roots in Kent.
