The International 15-30 was built by International Harvester from 1918 to 1921 in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA and Chicago, Illinois, USA factories.

In 1918 the Titan 15-30 was renamed the International 15-30. When tested at Nebraska the International 15-30 developed 37 belt and 26 drawbar hp. In early 1918 a cab was standard but, after 500 tractors were built, the cab was made optional.
