The Hesston 4000 forage harvester was built by Hesston.

The Hesston 4000 was designed in partnership with Field Queen Incorporated of Maize, Kansas, USA and is identical to the Field Queen Standard model. It was built by Field Queen from 1970 to 1975. Powerplant was a diesel Caterpillar 3160 engine and later 3208 V-8 engine. Hesston bought Field Queen Inc. in 1973 and Field Queen became a division of the Hesston Corporation.
