The Güldner company of Germany was founded by Dr. Hugo Güldner in 1904 with Professor Carl von Linde, to build the new Diesel engines. The company built engines from a fe hp up to 500 hp (370 kW).

The company was taken over by Fahr in 1962. The brand disappeared in 1989 after Deutz merged with Fahr in 1986.

Founded in 1904 by Dr. Hugo Guldner and Professor Carl von Linde, as an engine manufacturer. The company built tractors from 1938 till 1989. Many of the Fahr tractors were built by Guldner, with Fahr eventually taking over the company.
