The Francisco Stedile Group is a diversified group based in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It began in 1965 when Francisco Stedile purchased controlling stake in tractor manufacturer AGRISA, renaming it Agrale S.A Tratores e Motores.

In 2002, the company purchased a controlling stake in Yanmar de Brasil, manufacturers of Yanmar - Agritech tractors and Yanmar engines. Agritech is part of the Agritech Lavrale LTDA subsidiary of the company. Lavrale manufactures various implements, and formerly manufactured combine harvesters.

The company has retained naming rights to the sports stadium Estádio Francisco Stédile in Centenário, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.[1]
