Ford Retail Group, based in the United Kingdom, is the European operating company owned by the Ford Motor Company which operates a number of 100% owned dealer networks both in the UK and Europe. In addition to the sale of new and used Ford and Iveco cars and commercial vehicles, Ford Retail Group dealerships also operate a full garage workship, repair and service centre.[4]

In 2009 Ford Retail Group operated under the following dealerships:

  • Dagenham Ford - primarily located in London and the surrounding counties
  • Polar Ford - primarily located in Yorkshire and Lancashire[5]
  • Brunel Ford - located in south-west England[6]
  • Heartlands Ford - Birmingham and surrounding area[7]
