The Ford 4100 was a successor to the Ford 4000 tractor built by Ford Tractors at Basildon in Essex, England. The Model was fitted with the Ford Bubble Cab that was introduced in the late 1970s to meet new sound reduction standard for safety cabs in Europe. It had a 45 hp (34 kW) engine.
