Scoty 6776 - I am new to blogging, I would like to ask permission to use your European Car smoke out of the tailpipe photo, Please.

http://www.dot.ca.gov/dist6/planning/north-south.html

I work for Caltrans, the California department of Freeways. We are required by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District to make a poster encouraging the employees to do something other than drive alone in their car for their commute. The San Joaquin valley in California has the highest rates of bad air in the country. We would sincerely like to use your photo of tail pipe exhaust in our educational poster to encourage people to carpool, as found in the article "European Emissions standards"

Sincerely,

If this is okay, would you please email me at: marcus_evans@dot.ca.gov

I truly appreciate it Sir
