This article lists modern armoured fighting vehicles produced in the listed countries after the Second World War.
- Military vehicular preservation
Examples of a number of these vehicle models appear at military vehicle shows and some relatively modern ones are owned by private collectors following there sale by the military after recent conflicts such as the Gulf War and the break up of the Former Soviet Union. The military powers of the world have change there strategies and bought newer vehicles to cope with changes to defensive requirements, rendering some 'modern' armaments surplus to requirements.
