The Farmall MD was a Row crop tractor built by the International Harvester company from 1941 to 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

The McCormick-Deering Farmall MD was the same as the Farmall M except for its diesel engine. The 248 ci diesel used the same block as the gasoline engine but was strengthened with a 5-main bearing crankshaft instead of 3. The diesel engine used International's well-known gasoline atarting method.
