Cross Lander U.S.A. was formed in 2002 in Miami, Florida, USA, as a part of Lacaro Auto Distributors, to distribute the Cross Lander 244X. This vehicle is built in Romania as a CKD by ARO and shipped to Brazil where it is assembled by Cross Lander Industria e Comercio in Manaus, Brazil.
