The 1004 Super Six tractor was built in England by County. It is based on a Ford. It features a 100 hp (75 kW) six cylinder Ford 2703E industrial engine initially. The engine was latter updated to the Ford 2713E

The County 1004 was also offered in a Forward control version as the County FC 1004. The County 1004 was a County 954 with uprated rear axle and the engine retuned from 95 hp to 100 hp
