Chongqing Lokon Light Auto Co., Ltd. is a automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturer with headquarters in Chongqing, China that was established in July 2009. It is a subsidiary of the engine manufacturer Weichai Power. Up to 150,000 vehicles can currently be produced per year.
The model range of the manufacturer initially covered only the JiaChuan pickup. Later came the JiaChuan MPV, a self-developed on the basis of the van Nissan Serena. For companies, however, the company provides commercial vehicles that are modeled after the current Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The base has been here the Chinese Ford Transit VJX taken that technology and engines are in turn made by Isuzu. There is the model for logistics firms and delivery services with high roof under the name Jiachuan City Logistic Vehicle. The van is designated as the Jiachuan Small Truck.
On 23 August 2011, the company changed its brand name to JiaChuan Motors and Vellome Auto. At the same time Vellome pickup was launched, replacing the JiaChuan pickup.
