Shangdong Changlin Machinery Group, or Changlin, is a tractor and construction equipment manufacturer based in Qingdao, Shandong (Shangdong), China. It was founded in 1986, white tracing its roots back to 1943, and builds tractors under the Changlin brand. They also manufacture backhoes, wheel loaders, Excavators, Skid Loaders and single-cylinder engines.

In 2011, Changlin and SAME Deutz-Fahr set up a 50/50 joint venture, Shandong Changlin DEUTZ-FAHR Machinery CO., LTD., to manufacture and distribute tractors in China from 25 to 110 horsepower under the SH DEUTZ-FAHR brand, and from 110 to 300 horsepower under the Deutz-Fahr brand, with plans to sell 30,000 tractors in China by 2015.[1][2]

Another joint venture was set up in 2012 with [{Deutz AG]] of Germany, DEUTZ (Shandong) Engine, to produce commercial engines. [3][4]
