English:  Wolseley Motors Limited was a British automobile manufacturer founded in 1901 and called The Wolseley Tool and Motor Car Company Limited until 1914.

A part of the Vickers armaments group it was, until the mid 1920s, Britain's largest motorcar manufacturer. After financial collapse in 1926 its business was purchased by W R Morris of Morris Motors as his personal property. After 1935 it was incorporated into Morris's (Nuffield) organisation but the Wolseley name remained as an upmarket marque until 1975.
