Burrell no. 2642 is a 12 ton SCC roller built in 1904 by Charles Burrell and Sons in Norfolk. This engine named Ethel is currently owned by Anthony & Sally Cowell of Lancashire.

Engine History.[]

Built in 1904 the engine was purchased by Isaac Ball of Wharles from John Ball. Sold into preservation in 1968. The engine was owned by P.Cowell and has been kept within the Cowell family. The engine has been restored during 2015/2016/2017.
