Bull Motors Ltd, of Stowmarket, Suffolk, were a early manufacture of electric Motors and Dynamos. They joined the AGE combine, but it soon went bust, and they along with a lot of the other members of the group survived.
During the AGE era, it traded as AGE Electric Motors Limited, making electric lighting sets, electric motors, dynamos and controlling gear, etc. The company supplied motors to Richard Garrett & Sons (see below) for their electric vehicles. Bull Motors later had their main factory at Ipswich, Suffolk, and continued to manufacture specialist DC electric motors there until at least early 2000 when much manufacturing was transferred to the Birmingham area.
