Barrows & Carmichael Engineers were a blacksmiths and Enginnering company based in Banbury in Oxfordshire, England from 1864 to 1868. The company was one of several with the Barrows name in the town over a 60 year period.

The company was formed in 1864 and appears to be the successor to Kirby & Barrows. It was succeed by Barrows & Stewart in 1868.
The company manufacture Threshing machines, portable steam engines and ploughing tackle.
