The museum features a wide range of early farm machinery and tractors. The museum is used as an educational facility to teach children about the agricultural history of the local area.
Essex Country Show[]
The Farm museum hosts the annual Essex Country Show on the 2nd weekend in September, each year. The show is a steam fair with one of the largest turnouts of preserved Steam engines in the UK, with 80 engines in 2009.[1] Demonstrations of ploughing engines at work and road building using restored steam rollers make up part of the attractions on display.[2]
