Aveling & Porter no. 14068 is an [[<Showmans style engine]] that was built in 1930 by Aveling & Porter]]s in Rochester, Kent. This engine is currently owned/in the care of ? In Scotland.
Engine History[]
Former roller converted to a tractor in 1970, fitted with pneumatic rubber tyres wheels and then full length canopy with a dynamo. In 2001 it was rebuilt/converted to a conventional steam tractor and the fitted Showmans style canopy and dynamo removed .
